Paula Grissom-Broughton is the witty, caring, yet no nonsense, host of PERSPECTIVES. Paula is all about getting to the root cause of the issue at hand. Paula is the founder and lead coach of P.A. Grissom & Associates, LLC, a professional, boutique development firm based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Paula received her coaching certification from The CaPP (Coaching and Positive Psychology) Institute and the Valerie Burton Coaching Program, which is approved through the International Coaching Federation. Her diverse clientele is comprised of executives, entrepreneurs, people of the arts, and faith-based leaders & organizations.
Paula has over 20 years of experience as an educator and now focuses on empowering her clients through her platform, New Thinking New Power, which transforms individuals into becoming change agents in their personal and professional lives.

Miesha is an Atlanta native fiercely rooted in realness. No stranger to the journalism world, Miesha has worked both on and off camera in various studios and production facilities.
Miesha also co-hosts PERSPECTIVES and is never short on words or an opinion. She brings a fresh millennial point of view to the myriad of hot topics discussed during the PERSPECTIVES roundtable. From parenting to policing to nothing is off-limits for Miesha.

Kevin Johnson is one of the two male guest co-host on PERSPECTIVES. He lights up the room with his magnetic personality and is certain to capture the attention of all who tune in. Kevin is very opinionated and unafraid to take an unpopular position when it is something he truly believes. He keeps a spark in the round table ”hot topic” discussions during the PERSPECTIVES segment.
Kevin has called Atlanta home since the age of 9 and has been working as a professional musician since the age of 12. In fact, Kevin has released 3 EP’s and a single, available on all streaming platforms for listening. Kevin attended Berklee College of Music and comes from a talented family of musicians, performers, and educators. Kevin is happily married to his lovely wife Sara and is blessed with twin identical boys and a beautiful daughter.
Kevin is the owner and CEO of Appleseed Company LLC. which produces content and virtual performance videos. Some of Kevin’s clients are the Spelman College Glee Club, Clayton State University, and GA Tech School of Music.

Kerenhappuch's vision is to fill a void for providing useable, practical, upwardly mobile information in the media marketplace. Her hope is to bring kitchen table issues and resolutions to the forefront, as she often says "by connecting the dots from the White House to your house and everything in between".
Kerenhappuch is a public policy aficionado, author, mother, grandmother, business executive, and entrepreneur. Kerenhappuch is an example of the “around the way” girl made good. Kerenhappuch is joined by a team of hosts, thought leaders, and subject matter experts who bring relevant information to listeners who can appreciate level-up thinking and living.
